Dear Parents:
Hot Lunch this week is Grilled Cheese, Tomato Soup, and Potato Casserole. The cost is $2.50 for students in grades 1-4, $3.00 for students in grades 5-8.
We need plastic forks and spoons. Your children need forks and spoons when they eat their lunch. Please pick up a package of each and send them in.
School Garage Sale will take place, Friday September 12. Please contact Kathy Kridel if you can help get things ready and sell on that date.
Go Fish Concert, November 14, 2008 at the Life Bridge Church. Cost is $10.00 per person. Tickets can be purchased from Kathy Drake, 303 651 9547. Or contact Lloyd Petersen.
Friday, September 26, we will take a Field Trip to Miller’s Farm. The cost will be $7.00 per student. There is also a charge of $7.00 for each parent who accompanies us.
If you have empty egg cartons, could you please bring them to the school.
For students in grades 5-8, each student is to read and report 500 or more pages of books read. Each month, a book report is due on the last Friday of the month. There are book report forms for the students to use. Twice a month, students are to turn in a Magazine Report. This is about one article read from a Magazine, and reported on the Magazine Report form.
Each Friday, a spelling test will be given. Please help your student to study their Spelling Words.
