Dear Parents:
We will begin swimming on Thursday, January 8, in the afternoon. The classes will be held at the YMCA and last through March 12. The cost will be $15.00 per student. Your student will need a modest 1 piece swim suit and towel. Please plan to pick your student up at the Y at 2:30 p.m. on Thursdays for the next 10 weeks.
Please also fill out the attached form for the YMCA.
My child, ___________________________________ has my permission to take swim lessons at the YMCA on Thursdays beginning January 8, 2009 running through March 12, 2009.
