Dear Parents:
Friday, March 27, students from Aspen Christian School will be practicing for the annual Music Festival at Campion Academy. Please sign the permission slip on the back of this note. The students will be at the Academy from 8:30 a.m. until 4:45. The students in grades 5-8 will need to be at school on time at 8:00 a.m., Friday, March 27. You will be able to pick them up at the school around 5:15 p.m. If you want to pick them up at Campion, you will need to get them at the gym at Campion Academy at 4:45.
Students in grades 1-4 will not have school on that day.
The program Saturday, March 28, will begin at 9:30 a.m. in the Church at Campion Academy. 10:50 a.m. all musician to be in place in the gym, wearing black and white, or nice church clothes.
The evening program, the students need to be in place in the Gym at 6:30 p.m. The students are to wear the Festival T-shirt (Given to the students on Friday) and NICE blue jeans.
Track and Field has started at HMS Richards Elementary School for students in grades 5-8 Monday, March 23 at 3 p.m. If you did not get the information regarding this please give me a call.
For those of you who would like to apply for ACE Scholarship, Please make sure you fill out an application and return to the school by the end of the month.
For those of you whose students use the plastic forks and spoons for their lunches need to send in some plastic forks and spoons. Thank you!
For PE on Wednesdays and Friday, students need to have athletic shoes, which stay on their feet when running.
Please check with your child to see how their pencil supply is holding up.
