Dear Parents:
It is time to put the Yearbook together for the year. If you want a copy for your student, the cost will be $20.00. Yearbooks will not be ordered for those who have not paid. If you have any questions please talk with Mrs. Roberts.
Track and Field has started at HMS Richards Elementary School for students in grades 5-8 Monday, March 23 at 3 p.m. If you did not get the information regarding this please give me a call.
Students in grade 8 are invited to be guests of Campion Academy on April 19 and 20. Please sign the attached permission slip.
For those of you who would like to apply for ACE Scholarship, Please make sure you fill out an application and return to the school by the end of the month.
Bike-A-Thon is coming up. Please get your names and addresses ready of those who would like to sponsor your student. And don’t forget to get your bicycles out and ready to ride on Sunday, May 3, 2009 at Golden Ponds.
Remember, it is not the school’s responsibility to provide dishes for your student to warm their food in. If your child needs something to warm up their food in the microwave, please make sure they have what they need. There is only one microwave for student use, and when everyone has food to heat up, it takes awhile. For those of you whose students use the plastic forks and spoons for their lunches need to send in some plastic forks and spoons. Thank you!
For PE on Wednesdays and Friday, students need to have athletic shoes, which stay on their feet when running.
