Dear Parents:
SCHOOL WILL DISMISS AT 12:00 NOON TOMORROW, FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 11. No hot lunch because of dismissing at noon. I have a meeting that I am required to attend, that I just found out about. My apologies for this late notice.
Hot Lunch Friday, September 18, will be Spaghetti. Remember with the hot lunch program this year, there is no charge, but each family must be willing to prepare and share. Jeanette Morales will be giving you a call for your time and menu. The students look forward to this very much. Field Trip to Millers’ Farm will be Friday September 25. The price is $8.00 per student. If you are interested in going along, the price is $8.00 for you also. Please let me know your plans for this trip.
We need volunteers to help price and sort things for our September 18, yard sell. Please let Mrs. Roberts or Mrs. Kridel know when you will be willing to help. We also need volunteers to help with the sale.
Please send in a package of plastic spoons and a package of plastic forks for students to have available for lunch.
There are still a couple of jobs that need doing here at the school. If you are able to help with the following, please let me know:
1. Tree trimmed over lunch tables
2. Weeding
3. Checking the roof
Remember the doors are locked during the school day. Please knock, and if you want to make sure we hear you, knock on the east glass doors of the school.
Remember if you need to pick your child up before 2:30 p.m., please sign him/her out on the correct list. Also when you come in to visit, please sign in on the guest log. Each of these sheets is on the heater by the west glass doors.
Weekly report cards will be out this week for students in grades 3-8. If your student has assignments missing, they need to be completed before the next report card comes out. Students have one week to get missing assignments in or they do not count towards grade.
Sorry I forgot to attach the information about the Student Accident Insurance last week. I will try and do so this week. Please read this carefully.
